Daytona
Principal Designer
Daytona builds the agentic cloud: secure, instant computers for AI agents, spinning up in about 60 milliseconds. I lead product design across the platform, shaping how AI labs and developers run, monitor and scale agent workloads. Working with Subs from its earliest stages, I’ve led the product design and user experience from the ground up. While leading the design team, we defined the brand identity, established the design system, and implemented all key design processes across the company. Through my own design consultancy, I continue to collaborate closely with the Subs team as their lead designer — managing all design work, growing the design team to three members, and ensuring consistency across product and marketing touchpoints. During this time, I’ve helped shape Subs into a strong and vibrant community platform, establishing its distinct position in the creator and social media landscape.

Working with Subs from its earliest stages, I’ve led the product design and user experience from the ground up. AUDITORIUM
PRODUCT LEAD
As part of the founding team at Auditorium, I helped shape the product and company from day one — leading it from concept to a platform with over half a million users. Reported directly to CEO, defined the product roadmap, managed all planning and prioritization. Also, played a key role in building the team — participating in the hiring and selection of nearly all employees, primarily in technical roles — and helped establish the company’s early operational processes. With full ownership of the product’s design, I created the brand identity, UI, and design system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable design foundation that supported the company’s growth to a 10-person team. Additionally, I contributed to several successful grant applications and strategic product initiatives.

In this role, I worked closely with business development to help secure new client partnerships, including representing the company at industry networking event in New York. For over three years, I led the design effort on Philips MasterConnect, establishing design processes, managing all product design work, and serving as the design authority for a development team of 15+ engineers. Fully integrated within Philips’ international design organization, I also led and facilitated usability testing of new products in the USA, ensuring our designs met both user and business needs. Additionally, I spearheaded the team’s accessibility initiative, serving as accessibility lead and delivering five talks on inclusive design that raised awareness in local design communities. Beyond my design work, I mentored other designers and led various internal initiatives to strengthen collaboration and elevate the overall quality of design output.
